Buying a used car in Presteigne

Independent dealers vs private sellers — checks that matter in Presteigne.

In Presteigne, prefer a clear history (HPI/mileage), a recent MOT with advisories explained, and a written warranty if offered. Independent dealers can be excellent; franchised main dealers are not automatically safer — ask the same questions everywhere.
