Getting here
Most visitors arrive by rail to Taffs Well station or by car. Cardiff Airport is closer than Manchester for most flights — pre-book private hire with luggage space.
The station to the village is a short hop.
Getting around
The village sits a short hop from the station. Hackney carriages use the RCT meter — not Cardiff’s table at Tongwynlais.

Eat
Village independents. The restaurant shortlist is still empty — cafes, pubs and takeaways are the current checkable pool. FSA hygiene ratings run 0–5 — search the venue on food.gov.uk before you book.

Stay
Village hotels. Confirm breakfast, parking and cancellation on the venue's own site. Saturday fills the streets.
