Zip World is one operator with five Welsh parks plus sites in England. Booking the wrong mountain is how a day disappears. Prices below are the operator’s own from figures on zipworld.co.uk, checked September 2026. They change by date and “saver” vs peak — confirm in the checkout.
The five Welsh sites
- Penrhyn Quarry, Bethesda, LL57 4YG — Velocity (the quarry zip) from £99 summer saver / £124 summer. This is not Cardiff and not Blaenau.
- Llechwedd, Blaenau Ffestiniog, LL41 3NB — underground and forest products live here, not at Penrhyn.

- Tower Colliery, Aberdare, CF44 9UF — Phoenix from £56 autumn saver / £64 on the operator page we checked. About 40 minutes from Cardiff by their own note. Aberdare.

Know Wales does not have town doors for Bethesda or Blaenau Ffestiniog. The nearest doors we publish are Bangor, Betws-y-Coed, Aberdare and Cardiff.
