How to read this table
A Tariff 1 flag is the start of the meter. Some flags buy a full mile; others buy a few hundred yards. After the flag, each council’s increment is different — so a “cheap” flag can catch up on a two-mile run. Night, Sunday and holiday bands are separate columns on the town page.
