Walking around Criccieth
The Wales Coast Path runs through town between Pwllheli and Porthmadog. The short classic is castle headland to both beaches; east toward Black Rock Sands (Morfa Bychan, about 5 miles) is the longer dune and bay day.
West toward Llanystumdwy reaches the Lloyd George Museum corridor. Pre-book a taxi for one-way finishes when buses thin and the beach car park is still full.
